eXp Realty Australia agents enjoy Commission Splits up to 100%
All eXp Australia real estate agents start on a 75/25 split until they Cap - which means they have settled $100,000 in gross commissions.
Once an agent reaches this Cap level, they will have capped the commission split with eXp Australia and will be on a 100% commission split for the remaining time of their anniversary year.
For example, if an agent started with eXp Australia on 1 February and capped by 30 June, they would be on 100% commissions until 31 January, when they would revert to the 75/25 commission split until they Cap again for their next year.

The last way is the Agent Equity Program.
Any financial manager will tell you a reasonable expectation of a medium risk investment is a 10% return in the first year.
With the eXp agent equity program, you can allocate 5% of your commissions to purchase additional company stock at a 10% discount. Forget 10% in the first year. How about a 10% return on the first day of owning the stock.
The company has gone from being a penny stock to publicly listed on the NASDAQ. In 2020 it underwent its first stock split (just like Apple, Google and Amazon did).
So, the moment you settle your first transaction with eXp Realty Australia, you become a part-owner in the company thanks to the shares you get granted.

EXP AUSTRALIA REVENUE SHARE
Some companies will let you share in their profits.
That means, when all is said and done, you could get a small cut of their profits at year-end, but only if they make money.
In Australia this is largely unheard of in real estate, but in places like the USA, there are a few companies that offer this to their agents.
The most notable being Keller Williams, one of the biggest real estate brands in the USA.
What eXp Realty Australia offers is a cut of the company's revenue, NOT profits.
So, when you contribute to the company's growth by telling one of your real estate agent friends about eXp Realty Australia (or even worldwide), and they join, the company rewards you for your contribution in the form of revenue share.
For example, you introduce an agent and earn 3.5% of the GCI up to a maximum of $100,000 = $3,500 per agent each year for as long as the agent remains with eXp Realty Australia.
This means that so long as the agent is a transacting agent, the company will pay you a small portion of the revenue they receive from company dollars and does not affect the agent's income.
So long as the agent remains a transacting agent, eXp Realty Australia will pay you revenue share, year after year after year. This can add up! There is no limit to this.
It's a 7-tiered cascading revenue share model which allows the company to thank you for your contribution over and over again.
What this means is, if you enrol a transacting agent and they love eXp Realty and tell a friend of theirs about it, and they enrol, you will be paid revenue share from company dollars for that as well.
This also encourages agents who want to build a team and help other agents take the focus off themselves and share with others to assist in their success and grow the company by bringing in other skilled agents.

WHO CAN JOIN EXP REALTY AUSTRALIA?
There are two ways in which agents can join eXp Realty Australia. As a Commission Only Agent or Independent Contractor.
In line with all Australian State Regulators, the requirements for each are outlined below.
Commission Only Agent or Representative

Proof of Earnings: Under the Federal Award, you must be able to prove that you have earned a minimum of $60,000 in income within a 12 month period from real estate commissions during the last 36 months.
